I began writing for Ezer Rising in 2019 and by the end of 2020, I took over as social media manager for the organization. in 2021, I became a proofreader for the Ever Rising blog, working alongside our editor, LaToya Thompson.

Creating newsletter copy, creating original blog posts, creating graphics, follower engagement, curating content for social media channels, and maintaining the website

Beyond The Wound

Beyond The Wound launched for the very first time in January 2023. It was created to give survivors of religious trauma a safe place to find resources and learn directly from professionals in the mental health field for healing. 

I was welcomed onto the team from the very beginning. I was part of the group that landed on the title, “Beyond The Wound” and I officially began working for the organization in November 2022. My tasks included gathering info on speakers, writing copy for the newsletters, creating graphics, follower engagement, and creating blog posts from content created by our speakers.
